GRANTS

Casa San Jose

Casa San is a residential program serving pregnant and parenting teens from throughout the state of New Mexico for more than 25 years. Our programs are dedicated to providing a safe and supportive home-like atmosphere to young girls who do not have the personal means or family support necessary to bring a child into the world and the parenting skills needed when the child arrives. Casa San Jose operates three concurrent programs: a shelter group home, a semi-independent living program and an outreach program for teens living in thecommunities of Grants and Zuni, New Mexico.

Casa San Jose has effectively recruited and utilized the services of volunteers and volunteer groups from throughout the U.S.A. These groups do anything and everything to help keep Casa in good working order; provide added services; or reach out to parenting teens in their challenges as young mothers who need supportive relationships.
