San Juan CC provides emergency assistance, Immigration Services, Counseling, and Group meetings for Victims of Domestic Violence. A program for dads and grads--a group program for dads and a group program for young mothers. The Drop-in Center for persons who are homeless provides a secure shelter to stay during the day, providing coffee and snacks. Mini-health fairs specifically geared for our visitors are held four times a year. Besides a special theme, such as vaccinations in the fall, there are checks for high blood pressure, diabetes and AIDS. San Juan CC is in the process of building transitional housing for families.
